Vonn Marie

Hi there! I go by Coach Vonn, V Marie, Vee….. the list goes on! I'm a personal trainer and group fitness instructor based in Tallahassee, FL. I'm an Air Force veteran and former bikini bodybuilder. My passion for fitness began after the birth of my son. After childbirth, like most women, I was unhappy with my appearance and ready for change. I wanted to lose weight, but didn't exactly want my old body back. I wanted definition, I wanted to build curves, I wanted a new me... and that's exactly what I did!  There's no finish line when it comes to fitness, so I'm ALWAYS working, but I've dedicated my life to bringing others along on this journey.
